Description: On April 29, 2015, plaintiff was observing a protest against police brutality. Defendant Corbett grabbed plaintiff and punched him several times in his face, neck and chest. Defendants then violently shoved, pulled and dragged plaintiff out of the crowd. Plaintiff was then slammed to the ground and his hands were tightly tied behind his back causing him to lose feeling in his left hand. Plaintiff was transported to NYPD headquarters and released without charges after 3 hours in custody.
