Description: On November 13th, 2012 Plaintiff tried to avoid being pulled over, and drove into a concrete barrier. NYPD Police Officers including Michael Deterlizzi, grabbed his hands and slammed him to the ground, and kneeing him in the back. Other officers got on top of him, repeatedly punched him in the ribs, and verbally insulted him. This caused gashes on his face, bleeding from the eyebrows, a chipped tooth, and severe mucosal thickening in the head.
