Complaint
Description: On November 05, 2018, around 2:40 A.M., in the vicinity of 2121 Eastchester Road, when plaintiff Ana Rossy Rodriguez was picked up by her boyfriend and then picked up Nicolas De La Rosa & Jorge Pegeuro-Mendez. On the way to pick up another individual the car was stopped, a purse belonging to Plaintiff was taken and Plaintiff was detained. Plaintiff was taken to a precinct and held for 26 hours. Plaintiff was a diabetic and pregnant and not given proper medications. Plaintiff was charged with possession of stolen property and taken to Bronx-Lebanon Hospital. Plaintiff was eventually vindicated on April 23, 2019 with all charges favorably dismissed.
