Description: On June 4, 2022, Plaintiff was on a street in Brooklyn when NYPD officers Michael Lugo, Jonathan Suero, Police Sergeant Purrier, and seven other police officers attempted to issue a summons related to Plaintiff's vehicle which they alleged was double-parked, while the Plaintiff asserts he committed no crimes or offenses. The Defendant Police Officers falsely arrested the Plaintiff. While arresting the Plaintiff, the Defendant Police Officers used excessive, unnecessary, beyond the scope physical force including the use of a CEW. Plaintiff was required to appear in criminal court, where all charges against him were dismissed in their entirety with him accepting an Adjournment in Contemplation of Discharge.
