Complaint
Description: On January 3, 2018, plaintiff was lawfully awaiting a B44 bus at a designated bus stop. While waiting, plaintiff was approached by defendant-NYPD officer Nelson. Defendant-officer Nelson proceeded to physically detained, wrongfully imprisoned, and falsely arrested the plaintiff. As a result of defendant-officer Nelson's actions, plaintiff suffered physical and psychic harms.
