Description: On June 5, 2017, at approximately 6:00a.m., Plaintiff Woods was unlawfully arrested by Defendant Officers O'Halloran, John Doe, and Jane Doe #2-8 for attempted murder and related charges stemming from an incident on June 2, 2017. At the time of his arrest, the Plaintiff was with his child and his mother when two police officers approached the door and asked to speak to him. He was then handcuffed and taken to the precinct where we was interrogated. Officers claimed he stabbed and robbed an individual. Plaintiff was not identified by any witnesses and did not know the victim; video surveillance placed Plaintiff elsewhere at the time of the incident, exonerating him.
