Defendant Police Detective Ramos ordered plaintiff to place his hands behind his back, and then began to physically search plaintiff without permission/consent. Description: The defendants were carrying out a search warrant in the home of the plaintiff's mother. The plaintiff and his mother arrived to the apartment to the door ajar. Sgt. Tirado prevented them from entering and arrested the plaintiff's mother. Although the plaintiff and his mother requested to see the search warrant, it was never shown. The plaintiff began recording his mother's arrest until Detective Cote and Calloway shepherded him into a corner.
