Description: On May 18, 2022, as an independent photograph, was actively taking pictures of a peacefully protest regarding the Israel-Palestinian conflict in Manhattan and was wearing a "Press Pass". Plaintiff had been taking pictures of the protest from various locations as the demonstration wend its way to and about the consulate and the interactions between protestors with differing views and their collective interactions with members of the NYPD. Although it was apparent that Plaintiff was a photographer (Press Pass, expensive camera, camera equipment), he was pushed and shoved aggressively, by defendants, including LA and unknown police officers.
