Description: On July 30, 2011 artist Andrew Golub painted Plaintiff's nude body as part of a public art exhibition. Plaintiff was nude for at most minutes if not seconds before Mr. Golub completed his art. Mr. Golub painted several additional nude models throughout the day, which was observed by POs who did not intervene or protest at that time. In the evening, well after Plaintiff had been painted, PO Stephen Mazzaro, Sgt. Munoz, and POs John Does 1-10 suddenly approached Plaintiff and arrested her without legal justification. Plaintiff attempted to put her clothing on and in the process her dress was ripped.
