Description: On December 20, 2016, Plaintiff was driving with two intoxicated passengers in his car. The passengers were fighting each other and Plaintiff stopped his car and exited the car to seek help. Plaintiff had stopped in Co-op City in the Bronx. Police officers and others came to the scene. Defendant POs was then arrested without probable or reasonable cause and without justification taken to a holding cell and searched within the premises of Co-op City. Plaintiff's car was also searched, against Plaintiff's will and without justification. Plaintiff was placed in handcuffs that were too right and had difficulty breathing. Plaintiff requested medical treatment and was denied such treatment. Plaintiff was then taken...
