Description: On September 8, 2017, Mohammed Aboulessan was falsely arrested over an ongoing property dispute with his neighbors. Mohammed alerted Officer Jessnik that he recently had surgery, and pleaded that he not be handcuffed from behind because of the stitches. Officer Jessnik responded, "I don't care." Saadala Aboulessan was physically thrown into the backseat of the police car. Saadala was not seatbelted in, and injured his shin after the police car sped into a car. Officers refused to provide immediate medical attention to Saadala's shin. Saadala spent 4-8 hours at the precinct and received no medical care.
