Description: The Defendants racially profiled and maliciously prosecuted Plaintiff to try and force him to testify against his co-defendant Ronald McPhatter. The Defendants wanted Plaintiff to testify about the inner workings of the label as they considered the rap label to be a gang. The videotape of the incident showed no evidence that Plaintiff committed a crime. Plaintiff suffers from episodes of anxiety, anger, and loss of sleep.
