Description: On October 2, 2019, at approximately 3:46 P.M., Plaintiff Donovan Bradley was approached by several NYPD Police Officers near 913 Saratoga Ave in King County. The NYPD Police Officers, including Defendants Luis Fernandez, Sgt. Nocerino, Jason Smith, and Det. Joseph McEvoy, stopped Plaintiff without probable cause or reasonable suspicion, unlawfully seized him and placed him in handcuffs, and escorted Plaintiff to the 73rd Precinct. Defendants, including Luis Fernandez, falsely informed employees of the Kings County District Attorney's Office that they had observed Plaintiff commit crimes. Plaintiff brings claims of: false arrest, malicious prosecution, and denial of the right to a fair trial.
