Description: On October 1, 2020, Plaintiff David Alcindor was visiting a friend renting a room at a motel when several men confronted him in the common area. Moments later, two police officers, Ryan Kirkwood (Tax #950688) and John Doe, arrived and challenged Alcindor's presence. When Alcindor expressed his frustration at the stop, Defendants said they would arrest him simply for talking back. They arrested Alcindor without explanation or probable cause.
