Description: On or about January 16, 2015, plaintiff came to his apartment and found it was bolted from the inside, and his apartment had been ransacked. The police were called, including defendant NYPD officers Damico (Badge No. 79063, no first name given), Shawn Spencer, Vallecillo (Badge No. 30714), defendant NYPD detectives Pedro Villanico, Duliepre (Badge No. 9451), defendant NYPD Sgt. or Lt. Nymphs (Badge No. 1006), along with unnamed defendant NYPD officers. Defendant NYPD officers claimed plaintiff was breaking and entering as his landlord attempted to force the door from the outside. Plaintiff was unlawfully arrested and imprisoned, and sustained physical injuries.
