Description: On December 16, 2016, plaintiff was assaulted by an individual. Following this individual's attack of plaintiff, plaintiff exited the building he was and reported the incident to 911. Plaintiff then waited for the police to arrive at the location. Defendants arrived at the scene, arrested and transported plaintiff to the 18th precinct, where he was searched. Defendants issued a DAT to plaintiff and released plaintiff.
