Description: On or about June 5, 2014, the plaintiff was forcibly, violently, and unlawfully stopped, frisked, tackled, thrown to the ground, handcuffed, and searched in a demeaning manner. The plaintiff was assaulted, battered, and publicly humiliated by the defendant officers. The officers also threatened the plaintiff and unlawfully placed him under arrest and imprisonment, despite the fact that their search did not reveal any incriminatory or dangerous articles.
