Description: On or about October 18, 2023, Plaintiff was wrongfully and falsely arrested, detained and imprisoned by NYPD Officer Toro. From that time until the dismissal of charges on January 22, 2024, which was a favorable termination for the Plaintiff, NYPD deliberately and maliciously prosecuted Plaintiff without any probable cause or legal justification. PO Julio Toro handcuffed him and threatened him with the possible use of firearms and weapons and the use of physical force. Plaintiff has suffered greatly as a result of this false arrest and malicious prosecution and has expended diverse sums of monies in an effort to extricate himself from the imprisonment, indignities, and humiliation foisted upon him by the action...
