Description: On May 13, 2020, at approximately 7:00 a.m., plaintiff arrived at a friend's apartment. Description: On March 14, 2019, Plaintiffs were "lawfully present" in an apartment in Brooklyn, when Defendants forcibly entered the apartment with their weapons drawn. Despite complying with demands from Defendants, "a number" of Plaintiffs were assaulted and shoved to the ground. Plaintiff Antonio Martinez sustained injuries as a result of the assault and Defendants denied his request for medical attention. The Plaintiffs were then arrested and transported. Based on the Defendants collective false accounts and defendant PO Perezcoyle's falsified arrest report, the Plaintiffs were arraigned on various charges. All charges were eventually dismissed and sealed.

Description: On or about January 9, 2019, Shakema McClellan was arrested by Officer Maximo Perezcoyle and other unidentified officers (John or Jane Doe 1-10) in the vicinity of 28 Monument Walk, Kings County, New York. The officers allegedly conducted an illegal search and falsely accused McClellan of possessing a controlled substance. According to the complaint, the officers fabricated evidence and used excessive force, including placing McClellan in overly tight handcuffs and subjecting her to an unlawful strip search and cavity inspection.
