Description: On June 10, 2016, Xavier Washington was leaving the apartment of his aunt, Lasharn Washington, when he was approached and assaulted by NYPD officers, including Officer Vadim Osilenker, Officer Daniel White, Officer Kevin Allen, and others. The officers punched and kicked Xavier without cause, and when Lasharn attempted to intervene, the officers entered her home without a warrant, physically assaulted her boyfriend Jeremy Williams, and ransacked the apartment. Lasharn, Xavier, and Jeremy were all falsely arrested, detained for several days, and subjected to humiliating treatment. The charges against them were dismissed without further prosecution.
