Description: On November 27, 2013, Ms. Diaz was waiting in her car outside a pizza store for delivery when two NYPD officers issued her a ticket for parking in front of a fire hydrant even though she was still in her car. Upon assurance from the officers that she could leave her car and pick up her pizza because the ticket had already been issued, Ms. Diaz left her car and went inside to get her pizza. After leaving the pizza store, the officers started verbally harassing her and demanding to see her identification. After calling 911 and 311, Ms. Diaz was directed to the local precinct to file a complaint about the behavior of the two officers.
