Description: On September 24, 2012, while plaintiff was standing in front of a building, defendants approached plaintiff, punched her in the face, struck her in the back and body, slammed her head into the ground, and handcuffed her. Defendants then transported plaintiff to the 44th precinct. At the precinct, plaintiff asked defendant Roth why she had been arrested.
