Description: On or about November 20, 2023, Plaintiff was lawfully present on the street when Defendant NYPD officers James and Chino, as well as several other unknown Defendant NYPD officers, unlawfully stopped Plaintiff and falsely accused him of criminal acts. The Defendants violently and aggressively grabbed Plaintiff's head and body without any legal justification. The Defendants then illegally searched Plaintiff without any legal justification. Even though Plaintiff wasn't resisting arrest, the Defendants slammed Plaintiff to the ground and violently twisted his arms back in order to arrest him.
