Description: On or about September 25, 2019 Plaintiff Jimenez was falsely charged and arrested without probable cause for the sexual abuse of a minor. The charges were dismissed after a two day department trial. The Article 10 petitions were dismissed. When Plaintiff Jimenez reported the false arrest and malicious prosecution to the New York Daily News and New York Post, Police Commissioner Shea terminated Plaintiff's employment.
