Description: On July 31, 2019, the plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, seized, searched, assaulted and arrested by the defendant POs without any reasonable suspicion of unlawful behaviour. The defendants falsely accused the plaintiff of crimes regarding arms in the area and illegally searched the plaintiff. The plaintiff was then taken to the 71st Precinct before being transported to the Kings County Central Booking where the plaintiff was fingerprinted, photographed and searched again and detained.
