Description: On July 31, 2019, the plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, seized, searched, assaulted and arrested by the defendant POs without any reasonable suspicion of unlawful behaviour. The defendants falsely accused the plaintiff of crimes regarding arms in the area and illegally searched the plaintiff. The plaintiff was then taken to the 71st Precinct before being transported to the Kings County Central Booking where the plaintiff was fingerprinted, photographed and searched again and detained. At the Precinct the plaintiff was slammed to the ground and injured his finger while the ring was being taken off of him. All charges were dropped on January 21, 2020.
