Complaint
Description: On or about October 1, 2015, defendant NYPD officers Frederic Disla (Shield No. 10123), Marcus Colon (Shield No. 14439), Ricky Ransom (Shield No. 7214), along with unnamed defendant NYPD officers, arrested plaintiff at a Manhattan precinct as plaintiff was reporting that she had been assaulted by an ex-boyfriend, among others. Plaintiff was falsely charged with assaulting a member of her ex-boyfriend's family. Plaintiff was later arrested once more, on October 14, 2015, for purportedly making threatening calls and sending threatening text messages to her ex-boyfriend. Defendant NYPD officers had reason to know the allegations against plaintiff by her ex-boyfriend were without merit. Plaintiff suffered emotiona...
