Description: Following plaintiff's sons call to 911, defendant officers arrived at plaintiff's driveway and punched and broke plaintiff's nose. Plaintiff was then brought to the 122nd precinct where he was thrown to the ground by defendant officers and stomped on, dislocating his shoulder. Plaintiff was brought to the 122nd Precinct and then the hospital.
