Complaint
Description: On September 12, 2011, Plaintiff was arrested and transported to a police precinct, where he was held for several hours. No probable cause or legal justification existed to arrest Plaintiff. Plaintiff was denied access to water and restrooms during this period of detainment. Plaintiff was then transported to central booking, where he was held in a cell with no access to water for bathrooms. Plaintiff was indicted by a grand jury and remained in custody until he was acquitted of all charges at trial and released.
