Description: On September 7, 2012, while in the Grand Army Plaza/Flatbush Ave Subway Station Plaintiff was placed under arrested. Plaintiff was transported to Transit District 32 Police Station for processing. In the Police Station, Defendants assaulted, attacked and verbally abused Plaintiff. Plaintiff sustained injuries a right elbow fracture.
