Description: Around 1:30 pm on January 15, 2015, Mr. Clinton Thompson stopped his car outside of Mr. Harold Thompson's residence. Mr. Harold Thompson got into Mr. Clinton Thompson's car to provide Clinton the money he owed him for rent. As Harold was exiting the car, an unmarked police car pulled up next to Clinton's car. Two officers exited the car, and officer Hernandez pushed Harold up against the car, searched him, and placed him under arrest despite having found nothing.
The officers then searched Clinton's car and falsely accused him of having heroin residue in a straw they found in his car. The officers also arrested Clinton and placed both plaintiffs in a police van that had arrived. They were driven for about an ...
