Description: Defendant officers grabbed Plaintiff as he was opening the door to his home, beat him unconscious, and brought him to the local precinct alleging he had used marijuana. Plaintiff was then taken to a hospital for his injuries and administered a drug test which came back negative. Plaintiff was brought to central booking and released without any charges.
