Description: On or about December 22, 2021, Eric Jean Baptiste was approached by four police officers ("John Doe #1 through John Doe #4") as he exited a cab in which he had been a passenger. John Doe #1 through John Doe #4 were dressed in plain clothes and had been driving an unmarked car. John Doe #1 through John Doe #4 instructed Baptiste to come over to them, each holding one hand on a pistol.
