Description: On or about May 5th, 2020, at approximately 12:25 am, Plaintiffs Rosa Chiclana and William Garcia were lawfully in the vicinity of 225 Second Avenue, New York, NY when the Defendants--NYPD Police Officers Moises Ramos, Amela Dzihic, John or Jane Does 1-10--illegally seized and searched the dwelling despite there being no valid search warrant, legal authority, or indication that Plaintiffs committed or attempted to commit any criminal activity. The defendants then arrested Plaintiff William Garcia despite there being no probable cause.
