Description: On February 12, 2013, Plaintiffs were lawfully present in their family home in Queens. At 6am, Defendant Officer FILIP GLOWA and POLICE OFFICERS "JOHN DOE" 1 through 10 bust through the Plaintiffs door with their guns drawn. Plaintiffs were handcuffs with their hands tightly behind their back and the Defendants conducted a full search of the premises uncovering no evidence. At no time did the Plaintiffs commit a crime and Defendants did not posses probable cause to arrest Plaintiffs. Plaintiffs were transported to nearby police precinct and Defendants filled out false and/or misleading reports to Queens County DA.
