Complaint
Description: Plaintiff is a black female police officer and was promoted to detective in 20o7, to Sergeant in 2016, to OEEO investigator in 2020. When she was on a sick leave in 2024, her NYPD supervisors Lieutenant Nan Hao Chen and Deputy Inspector Tyrice Miller changed her working documents. When plaintiff returned to work and found out the fraud of her supervisors, her supervisors attempt to punish plaintiff and plaintiff was forced to leave the OEEO unit.
