Description: On September 26 and 27, 2018, Joel Soto was approached by NYPD officers, including Officers James Gilson, Wilfredo Burgos, and Daniel Hogan, without any probable cause. On the first day, the officers demanded that Soto exit his vehicle without providing a legal reason, causing him to flee in fear for his safety. The following morning, the same officers unlawfully entered Soto's residence without a warrant, handcuffed, searched, and arrested him.
