Description: On February 3, 2013, Plaintiff Joseph Dunn was lawfully present at Bounce Sporting Club in New York County when he was physically assaulted, falsely imprisoned, and injured by security personnel and employees of New Lounge 4324, LLC. The complaint alleges that the security personnel, identified as John Does 1-7, engaged in excessive force by striking, assaulting, and battering Dunn without justification, causing severe injuries. The defendants also allegedly permitted patrons and others under their control to participate in the assault.
