Description: On November 8, 2012, Plaintiff was lawfully within the NYC Subway Station for the No. 1 line, at 103rd St and Broadway, NY, NY. Defendant Suarez assaulted, battered, demeaned, manhandled, handcuffed, struck, kicked, taunted, verbally abused, and used excessive force against Plaintiff. Defendants arrested Plaintiff and caused him to be prosecuted in New York Criminal Court based upon a false report created to cover up the arrest, assault and battering. On November 8, 2012, Plaintiff was imprisoned and spent three days in jail, due to the false arrest.
