Description: On or about April 8, 2023, Plaintiff Adam Corona ("Plaintiff" or "Corona") was walking home from a friend's home when he was unlawfully stopped and searched by Police Officer Carlos Alcantara ("Alcantara"), Police Officer Felix Rodriguez ("Rodriguez") John Does ("Does") (collectively hereinafter the "Defendants"). Plaintiff was not engaged in any activity that was criminal or unlawful. Defendants had no reason to stop and searched Plaintiff and he was not in the possession of a controlled substance. Despite the foregoing, Plaintiff was arrested and he transported to the 49th precinct. After being held for several hours at the precinct, Plaintiff was transferred to Bronx Central booking.
