Description: On May 14, 2013, at 12:00am, plaintiff was lawfully standing on a public sidewalk with several of his friends in the vicinity of Y&H Deli in Queens County, NYC. Plaintiff was ordered by defendant police officers to approach the police car. After this encounter, defendant police officers followed plaintiff into the deli, and assaulted, battered, and pepper sprayed him without legal cause or justification. Plaintiff was then arrested and transferred to the 113th precinct. He required medical attention upon being released from police custody. He was missing $200 from his wallet.
