Description: On July 4, 2020 Officers Brillante and Barry began following Plaintiff's Eduardo Boscarello vehicle out of a church parking lot. They did not turn on their lights/sirens, activate their body cameras, or inform the dispatcher that they were following Plaintiff. They deactivated their vehicle's AVL and DASLITE history to keep their pursuit hidden. They used their vehicle to cause Plaintiff's vehicle to crash, and sped away until a civilian flagged them and told them of the accident. They returned to the crash and did not assist Plaintiff or his companions in the vehicle, so civilians rendered aid and called 911. Description: On August 5, 2010, Plaintiffs were alleged to have committed the murder of Damien Campbell by shooting him with a pistol. Had the Defendant Officers investigated this case/matter they would have realized that there is no credible evidence against the Plaintiff and that most certainly the actual killer was Shamiek Corbett. The eyewitness presented/produced was not credible and Defendant Officers had given misleading evidence, but more important, the instrument used in this murder and the decedent's recovered phone, the most pieces evidences, were concealed by the Defendants. Plaintiffs were incarcerated for over 5 years and made to defend a criminal case.
