Description: On or about February 4, 2015, Officer Michael Salas was operating an NYPD automobile on Ralph Avenue at or near the intersection of St. Marks Avenue and collided with Plaintiff's automobile as well as the automobiles of two non-NYPD codefendants. The accident was due to Defendants' negligence and carelessness. Plaintiff was severely injured and continues to suffer physical pain and mental anguish. Plaintiff required medical attention and paid and became liable for such medical attention. Plaintiff has been unable to attend to his usual occupation in the manner required.
