Description: On or about August 13, 2015 Plaintiff was lawfully present at a subway station when POs Carcovan Wilson, David Martinez, and Sgt. Christopher O'Connell excessively seized, detained, and arrested Plaintiff without legal justification. Plaintiff was arrested and maliciously prosecuted until all charges against Plaintiff were dismissed on or about January 11, 2016. Plaintiff suffered severe physical injury, mental and/or emotional distress, mental anguish, shock, emotional disturbance, psychic trauma, pecuniary damages, and reputational damages as a result of this incident.
