Description: On or about March 25, 2017, one of the two plaintiffs, Lorie Agosto, was assaulted by the defendants, who threw her to the floor pulling her hair and causing a laceration in her left buttock requiring medical attention and sutures to close, and the other plaintiff, Corey Garcia, was also assaulted and intentionally and falsely accused of having committed the crime of assault in the second degree and other related charges by the defendants.
