Description: On March 15, 2020, Mr. Johnson had legally parked at a street corner to pick up his girlfriend and their children from a friend's residence. While he was inside his vehicle, defendant officers approached the plaintiff and began interrogating him. Then they forcibly grabbed him, tightly handcuffed him, and began to illegally search the plaintiff and his vehicle, damaging the vehicle in the process. No contraband was found.
