Description: On November 27, 2021, Plaintiff Danita Allen noticed that her son, Aaron was displaying non responsive behavior towards her when she told her son to take his medication to prevent him from occurring a seizure. Aaron had experienced seizures in the past and was diagnosed as being bi polar. Ms. Allen concerned about her son s mental state, decided to call 911 to request emergency medical treatment for her son. Mr. Latiek Frazer was inside the residence along with Angelica Ortiz.
