Description: On March 4, 2015, around 3:30 a.m., officers attempted to enter the apartment that Plaintiff was inside, without a warrant, and without any other lawful basis for entry. Plaintiff and two others asked the officers to leave. Officers pulled Plaintiff out of the apartment and slammed him to the ground with great force. Plaintiff was bleeding from the mouth as a result, and he had to receive stitches. Officer Felipecardenas falsely charged Plaintiff with obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest. Plaintiff was taken to a precinct, where the officers falsely told employees of the Kings County District Attorney's Office that they had observed Plaintiff preventing another's arrest and resisting arr...
