Description: On or about August 9, 2017, at approximately 5:30 AM, Plaintiff was unlawfully arrested at Plaintiff residence in Bronx, New York, by Police Officer Elias Robinson and other unnamed officers. The officers entered Plaintiff's home, handcuffed Plaintiff, and transported Plaintiff to the 41st Precinct, where Plaintiff was confined in a cell with several other prisoners. While detained at the precinct, Plaintiff was strip-searched, and no illegal substances or items were found. Despite this, Plaintiff was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally using drug paraphernalia. The case was dismissed on October 18, 2018, after numerous court appearances.
