Description: On July 28, 2011, at 1 am inside a residence Plaintiffs were assaulted by NYPD Officers Richard Digangi, Anthony Egan, Detective John Parker. While seated on the ground with hands up, both Plaintiffs were struck on the head with flashlights and batons, stomped and kicked, forced on their stomachs, and placed in handcuffs. Plaintiffs were taken to the hospital where both received stitches for lacerations to their heads, and were treated for multiple bruises, swelling, arm and leg pain. There is no allegation that the Plaintiffs were taken to a precinct, booked or charged with a crime.
