Description: On April 20, 2023, Mr. Cuello was unlawfully stopped, detained, battered and assaulted, seized and searched, and falsely arrested by Defendant Officers, including Samuel and John or Jane Doe 1-10, inside of the subway station located at East 161st Street and River Avenue in Bronx County. Minutes prior to this, Mr. Cuello was illegally battered and assaulted by a non-part assailant who punched him without cause. As a result, Mr. Cuello was forced to lawfully defend himself with reasonable and proportionate force.
